Our house rules

General information and some guidelines to make your stay more relaxing for you and other guests at Kabwe Safari Lodge.

  • Check out is at 10:30h and our reception is open from 24 hours.
  • If you need to move in and out during the night or early in the morning, please call +260 97 566 8000 or ask for a remote key for the gate.
  • Please avoid making excessive noise in the room or outside after 22:00h.
  • If you would like to stay a bit longer, we can offer you a late check out up to 14:00h for K100.
  • Breakfast is included in your stay and available from 06:45h to 10:30h daily.
  • Our restaurant is at your service daily from 13:00h up to 21:30h.
  • If you would like to have your meals from your room, a service fee of K10 is applicable and added to your bill.
  • If you are having a meal from your room, please let the service take the plates after you have finished or place them outside for collection.
  • Please ensure that your room is locked when you are leaving your room. We can not take any responsibility for your valuables.
  • Please do not invite anybody you don’t know to Kabwe Safari Lodge. Outside guests are allowed to stay in the restaurant and lounge areas.
  • If you want to have additional guests to your room, please speak to the reception. They must log in and an additional fee of at least K100 per night will be applied.
  • During your stay, please preserve our environment and be reasonable in water and electricity use.
  • Please be responsible with the WiFi and do not download any movies or large files as our network bandwidth is limited.
  • Do not smoke in any of the private rooms or chalets or use any open fire.
  • Report any damage or objection to service to the reception or management.
  • Note that you are responsible for damages that occur by your fault or by fault of the person that you are responsible of and that you are obliged to pay for it.
  • Handle your key with care. In case of damaging or losing your key during the time of your stay we will charge K150 compensation. Tip: You can leave your keys with us when you go out.
  • Report any lost and found items to the reception.
  • We have a laundry service available. Please ask for the prices at the reception or bar.
  • We reserve the right to break the contract and stop providing services to guests if they are in violation of this house rules or if they disturb other visitors with their behaviour.
  • Your feedback is very valuable to us – if there is anything we can do to improve your stay, please let us know.
  • If you have enjoyed your stay with us, please rate us on FacebookGoogle or TripAdvisor.
  • We have two lovely cats called Rose (brown) and Mango (grey) staying at the lodge. Please do not feed them any food, as it can possibly harm them. They are well fed by us. They should not go into your room or bother you in any way. If you are disturbed by them, simply blow some air 🌬 at them or gently push them away. Please do not punch, kick or hurt the cats in any other way. If you need any assistance with them, please talk to our staff.
